After getting my code, I went to link it with my account here. It says the key is already in use. Is this a known issue? If not, how can I fix it? Everything activated on Steam, so it's a valid key.

I do not see that your status has changed, have you emailed them or were you able to find some solution to your situation?

The same occurred with me.
I activated the product on steam and is now downloading it through steam.

I used the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
Is that the same thing? If not, I'll try that.

I don't want to needlessly harass their staff with duplicate messages.

I had the exact same problem!

Are we all going to leave PTS and live here now?

I can't get past a frozen loading screen - another support ticket...
